We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with labels and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or the document from the courier company that you received when you received the shipment. Once we receive the shipment, it will be carefully inspected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any question by email: info@aurelineatelier.com

Damages and issues
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (custom sized special orders or custom items). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Returns & Exchanges
You have the right to cancel, return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, if there's no problem, the refund will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2-5 business days. Please, keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and refund you the money.
